Rebuilt provides AI-generated nutrition planning and habit-tracking tools. The service is educational and informational only and is not medical care or a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment.

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your profile details current.
• You must notify Rebuilt promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscription Terms

• Subscription pricing is $4.99 per month unless otherwise stated.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewal charges.
• No refunds are provided for the current billing period after payment is processed.
• Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms and policies.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not use Rebuilt for unlawful activity or to violate rights of others.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

• User-provided data and personal account content belong to the user.
• Rebuilt retains ownership of the app, design, software, branding, and service content.
• You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service while subscribed or otherwise authorized.

Limitation of Liability

Rebuilt is not a medical service. Always consult a qualified physician before making health, diet, or training decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebuilt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
